Anindyatrans as a Sworn Translator Office in Bogor shall at all times treat all Confidential Information as such and undertakes that it will not disclose any of it to any person whatsoever, nor use it for any purpose other than the Purpose, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. All Confidential Information received by Anindyatrans as a Sworn Translator Service in Bogor shall be and remain at all times the property of the Disclosing Party. Anindyatrans as a Sworn Translation Service in Bogor shall not, except as may be necessary for the Purpose, copy or store any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. Should Anindyatrans require that any Confidential Information be disclosed to any other person Anindyatrans shall, prior to such disclosure, obtain the written consent of the Disclosing Party, which consent may be made conditional upon the execution by the third party of a confidentiality agreement in the same or similar terms to this one or the adoption by the third party of the covenants in this Agreement, by countersigning it in agreement to be bound by them. Anindyatrans as a Sworn Translation Service in Bogor shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party if Anindyatrans decides not to proceed with the Purpose. Anindyatrans shall, upon demand by the Disclosing Party and at the Disclosing Party’s option, either return to such persons as the Disclosing Party may direct or destroy all the Confidential Information, including any copies, in the possession or control of Anindyatrans, its officers, employees, agents or advisers. Anindyatrans as a Sworn Translation Service in Bogor shall, at the request of the Disclosing Party, provide the Disclosing Party with a certificate from an authorized officer of Anindyatrans, attesting to this return or destruction. Anindyatrans is entitled to maintain a copy of all documents that support the review findings and any working papers created for the Purpose.
